SONOR 150th Anniversary Edition 14x5....

Woke up, checked my pulse to be sire I am still alive, checked the phone for the time and to see what's happening in the world...

Obviously, I couldn't get the email open fast enough, and when I did THIS is what I saw:

I am completely baffled by this stuff. In the USA these were released earlier this year only through GC/MF (MF is GC owned since 2000) with no fanfare from Sonor at all.

Additionally, the badge seems to be the only unique feature to the anniversary models.

At the end of April, the catalog models had a price drop of their own:

This is a very lackluster offering in my opinion. Have you bought one? Why or why not?

Capitalism at it finest to see a companies 150th anniversary product on sale before the year is even over!

I wonder if Guitar center talked Sonor into making these and if they have not sold like they though and have ruthlessly slashed the price.

This is how you make a brand look undesirable and cheap.
