Pricing in the configurator... Same price for RAL and Sparkle High Gloss???

Playing on the configurator, I realized the pricing is the same for RAL solid colors, and Sparkle High Gloss. I find it bizarre that the sparkle isn't a bit more considering there are extra steps to the process.

Does anyone have insight?

Are there actually extra steps to the process though? Aren't both finishes just paint and clear coat with polishing?

I think there are more coats to build it up and achieve a smooth finish. I could be abs evidently am wrong. Oh well.
