Be Respectful: Treat other members and the company with fairness and courtesy. No personal attacks or “axe-grinding.”
Stay On-Topic: This forum exists to support and discuss Sonor drums, especially current production models.
Marketplace: Sales are allowed, but DRUMANDSTAGE is not responsible for transactions. Use private contact info and keep your own records.
Follow Moderator Guidance: Membership is a privilege. Moderators may restrict or remove accounts if rules are not followed.

Purpose
The DRUMANDSTAGE Forum, along with all DRUMANDSTAGE online resources, exists for the promotion, discussion, and support of the Sonor brand and company, with a primary focus on current production drums.
Membership here is a privilege, not a right, and is contingent on following these rules.
1. Accuracy and Fairness in Commentary
• Honest, factual commentary regarding legitimate issues, defects, or experiences is welcome.
• If you reference the company, its products, or manufacturing practices in a way that could be seen as negative or derogatory, you are expected to perform due diligence to ensure your statements are accurate before presenting them as fact.
• Embellishment, unverified claims, sweeping generalizations, and accusatory language are not acceptable.
2. Respectful Conduct
• Treat fellow members and the company with respect.
• Personal attacks, harassment, or an ongoing “axe to grind” attitude will not be tolerated.
• Repeated posting of the same grievances across multiple threads, unless directly relevant, will result in posting restrictions or termination of membership.
3. Marketplace Rules
• Business should not be conducted through the forum itself.
• You may list items for sale, but:
– Provide personal contact information in your post, or exchange details privately via direct message.
– Maintain a reliable “paper trail” (texts, emails, etc.) for your own protection in case of a dispute.
– Do not rely on forum PMs alone as evidence of communication.
• DRUMANDSTAGE does not validate items for sale, sellers, buyer claims, or any aspect of member transactions.
• All transactions are strictly at your own risk.
5. Political Discussions
• General political discussions are strictly forbidden. This includes debate over political figures, parties, or unrelated government policies.
• The only exception is when political or governmental activity directly affects Sonor drums, their manufacturing, distribution, or pricing.
• In such cases, discussion is permitted only insofar as it pertains to the effect those activities have on Sonor drums and their availability or cost.
• Posts that drift into broader political commentary will be removed.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
• This forum is a private platform with a focused purpose.
• Moderators reserve the right to limit posting ability or end membership if a user disregards these rules.
• Rules may be expanded or amended at any time to protect the community and its mission.
