Sonor Artist Snare Drum Badges

(CAVEAT: Below are my personal opinions. They aren't intended to be taken as gospel, but are intended to generate conversation and varying perspectives)

I have wanted to do a badge post discussing the many badges from over the decades, but that would be laborious to find them all and not forget any ...

Re: Upgrading my Artist Bronze: Hella Hoops are on the way!

So what's the authoritative verdict on this Jules? Everyone thinks the Artist Bronze is amazing and can't be made any better, and then you put Hellas on it and another dimension opens up?

I encourage you to make a post about your gear. You can make a separate post about each kit you have, if you like. I will set up a sub ...

Re: SQ2 - No bass drum tension rod options...

Equivalent of ordering your new Mercedes with steel wheels? Lighter, cheaper and very practical, but altogether not becoming of a top tier product?

You make a good argument. If I were to actually order an SQ2 (not beyond the realm of possibility) I guess the idea of changing the rods out would ...

Re: Bass drum claw gaskets

Well, you have to consider that it is a Vintage. I get your point about not wanting to mar up hoops, but at the same time they were doing a throwback. One could equally get in a twist over the shell mounted tom mount brackets. I think my main gripe is the T rods. I know they are rocking it old ...

Re: Current series throwbacks...

I can't tell if you're toying with us here or not, because you know something we don't.

Well, we have seen two new shell sets of late with the AQ2 and the Vintage indicating that the original releases this year weren't all they had for us. Pretty strong hint came out in a somewhat recent Sonor ...
