As someone who genuinely doesn't have a clue who or why Donn Bennett's store is so revered, it seems to me has a lot of famous people's stuff and vastly overinflated pricing on absolutely everything? Am I missing something?
Does any of it ever sell?

I have been looking to add a designer snare to my collection for a long time, but what I have seen in the past has either been too similar to something I already have or too expensive. i see many come up for 700/1200 euro and sit for sale for months. Maybe they sell or maybe the seller gives up ...

Is it a fact that Alpi is cheaper than using real veneer? Is it a "poplar slurry"?
Or is there something to be said for the point that Sonor can easily offer their customers matching add-ons?
