I bet some people were really disappointed with this show. I would have been. They are playing literally every 4th day, likely to keep Brian from wearing his voice out. But, even with that, he is 78 years old, and on tour they deal with rapidly changing temperatures and climates and whatever else may impact the voice. He might do well to hold the smoking down to a carton a day, but that's not my call to make.

We should start a thread: How old is TOO old for these 80's bands?
I get that they're out there trying to make a buck, but SHEESH...when it sounds like cah-cah, then how much are you really giving your fans?!?
Journey is starting their "final" tour next year, and my wife asked me the other day if I wanted to go see them when they get near us? Nope, I said...and this is the reason. I'd rather watch their old videos and listen to the albums of my youth, than go be disappointed. I have great respect for these bands, I really do. They're out there in their 70s, and I wouldn't even want to do it now when I'm 60. But enough is enough, lol...
My 2 cents I guess.

I saw Journey last summer. Great show. I have never seen AC/DC without Phil Rudd, and I am fine with continuing that trend. Matt Laug is doing a good a far better job drumming than any of the other Rudd substitutes, but the entire engine room has been wiped out.
