I bought the Three20 shell pack quite early on not long after VS came out. I've gigged it quite extensively since then. I added to this a Three22 pack (although, I swapped out the 13x8 for a 10x8) which gave me 10x8/12x8/14x12/16x14, 20x14 and 22x14 and I added the 14x5 snare also. Coated ambassadors all round and coated PS3 black dots on both bass drums. Aside gigging, I have recorded the kit a bunch also - it's quite flexible and goes under mics very well.
A few quick photos from the practise room. (I'll add more...)

I now have a 8-piece kit to set up, lol... I plan to add a curved rack bar over the kick, and mount the 10, 12 and 13" toms there, the 16 & 18 floor toms on the right, and then (in a lapse of sanity) the 14" floor tom to the left of the hi-hat.
At this point in my life I play drums for exercise, for the most part. So the more drums I have, the more exercise I get. At least this is what I've told my wife.
(Don't rat me out you bastards.)

Just compiling a few more pictures:
14x5 snare. This is a great drum.
The full set.
I’ve been a fan of the Remo muffler for batter sides on bass drum. Adjustable via the clamps, and solid in place so when you travel about with the drum, it doesn’t move. 1 felt strip on reso side and that’s it. Both the 22" and 20" are configured the same in terms of muffling, with the 20 having one size down in the Remo muffler, and both have a 4" port hole.
Quick shot of recording setup.

I've never been a white marine pearl kind of guy, but in recent years it has grown on me. And now I like it more and more everytime I sit down behind the Vintage series kit I have. It's an awesome finish!

For sure Tom! To me it looks classic in any setting, under any lighting or no lighting. It's neutral enough to just work. When I bought my first shell pack (Three20) there were just 3 finish options: Natural (not the teak) Onyx - the same veneer and finish as the onyx birch infinite, and the WMP. The next to follow was Red Oyster. I'm unsure if the mount came in around this time also.
