In July or August, if not before, I plan to order an SQ2 set in this configuration but possibly a more premium finish: 1071791-2 (updated with Medium Maple Toms)
The following items are only in the pondering stages: I am certainly ready to start ordering anything, and I think there is a chance Sonor will release new counterparts in the interim.
Snare - Sonor Model TBD
Bass Drum Pedal: Yamaha Direct Drive
HiHat Stand: Tama or Yamaha
Cymbal Stands: Yamaha 800 Series
Snare Stand: Yamaha 900 Series
Throne: TBD

Looks like a solid contender! I like the idea of a 22x14 kick drum. I really wish that dealers would regularly carry that depth of a kick. I've never played on one but would need to hear how it sounds and feels before I'd order that for myself.

Interesting depths. The 14" deep kick would be a complete "180" from the square sized floor toms and almost square sized mounted tom.
What's the logic behind those depths?

14" has proven to be a ideal bass drum depth in my recent various drum sets. I am not a fan of shallower floor toms, and it makes sense (in my little) mind to keep things pretty consistent with the tom as well.

IF I ended up going with a Momentum, it WILL have Maple Toms. Period. I may have to rethink my configuration after hearing these toms...

I finally setup my Phonic kit and can't feel much of a difference in playability/response between the 22x14 Phonic and the 22x16 SQ2. I play unmuffled, unsorted PS3's for batter/reso and bounce the beater instead of burying it, and have the SQ2 pitched slightly lower at the moment.
As for the "shallower toms", that I can feel the difference - the SQ2 12x8 vs the Performer's 12x10 is noticeable, and my 16x14 SQ2 floor tom vs both the Phonic and Performer's 16x16 has a subtle, but more responsive feel at the same tunings.

I am rethinking my configuration including tomorrow sizes, at the moment. I will be going with a 14" deep bass drum regardless, unless I get the Momentum which will be much deeper and far less to my liking. The difference in response between the SQ1s and Vintage stuff I have had sealed it for me.
Re: Mid 2026 Rig (tentative and subject to change)
Sounds like an SQ2 to get the sizes and shell setups you'd want... Hmmnnn... SQ2 in Teak finish...?
There we go - fixed it for you.
1071033-2
22x14 Heavy Birch kick
12x9 Med Maple mounted tom
15x14 Med Maple floor tom
18x16 Med Maple floor tom
Teak semigloss (used the Natural Beech in the configurator...)

You have about nailed it. Would probably go with 12X10 on the tom, but otherwise, I like it. And I could change my mind about the tom. It's really hard to argue with results, and I would be likely to stick to the specs in the video. Damn, they sounded good. I hope someone will do a comprehensive comparison video soon. We all know who the usual suspect is, but maybe someone else will step up.

Tama Spartan Hardware just took the lead as the potential cymbal stands of choice unless Sonor has some Aluminum up their sleeves.
Very likely going to go the Sabian route again, too. Heavy on the Todd Sucherman stuff (not to suck up, but because I really like it) and Freq Hats. All tentative at this point.
