Updated on refund.. they gave me a store credit to Alibaba instead of a refund on my credit card. Beware of this seller! Trying to dispute this but I don’t tho I can reverse it.

Since never. These are knockoffs. If you head over to beatello.com, you will see a number of products that look a lot like most of the brands you're used to seeing in your local drum shop. Copycats like this are pretty common and you can usually find them on Temu, Alibaba, and similar sites.

There is a more updated topic on here, and I had some videos, too. This did not go well for the buyer, btw.
