I have a few different slotted Sonor keys and I can’t place the one with the S. Any other clues.
This one - Speed key I think they called it? The top bit spins so you can kinda crank it around pretty quickly. I guess it's a bit like a crank handle in miniature.

Tom,
I will have to buy an extra designer slotted rod and send it you since I don’t have one to spare. I already have an extra Sonor slotted key to send to you.

Tom,
Sounds good. I have my Solidworks machine set up and running again, so I can get everything measured up and modeled when it arrives. Let me know when you're ready to send and I will give you a shipping address. Any thoughts on the choice for the driver yet..or do we need to make one of thsoe as well? That wouldn't be out of the question, but we'd likely want/need to harden it after machining as well. I could likely make a drill key too, it would just take a little more work of course. And I'll send back anything you send me, once the stuff is finished--I will never own slotted tension rods again I'm sure.

That one looks COOL! Those speed keys aren't bad actually--I've had them for regular (square) tension rods, and they work just fine.
