Does anyone have a list of the original paint codes for older lacquer finishes from the Phonic, Lite, and Hilite series?

Figured I'd try here before spending weeks wondering if I'd hear back from them... Last time I emailed, it took 6 weeks before I got a response, and it wasn't during their Summer break either. 
Sq2 - Med Beech, Rosewood finish - 10/12/14/16/18/22 + 6.5x14
Performer - Wine Red, 12/13/16/22 + 6.5x14 (D456)
Phonic - Oak, 13/14/16/22
