A pet peeve of mine (if you haven't caught on already) is the abuse of BRAND NEW as a condition, when it ain't brand new! Reverb is very clear on what BRAND new means. If any of the following is NOT true, then it isn't brand new...

NOT in original condition
does NOT include factory hoops
does NOT include factory heads
