That's good to know. I had assumed as much - I have a JN copper and it's a lovely drum.
As far as I'm aware, access to the steel itself is the main drawback right? It's quite a particular steel and unless you can piggyback on other people close to you purchasing it, drums are never likely to constitute a big enough order for a foundry to supply it. I'm not sure what else around Oriollo (or Columbia Metal Spinning for that matter) is using ferromanganese steel, but Vukan is obviously able to tap into it somewhere. I don't really know much about the area in Serbia where he is, but I imagine there's a lot of manufacturing there for him to be able to access all the metals and alloys he uses, let alone the casting.
