That burl finish is really lovely. A bit 'orange' but the figuring is gorgeous.

Once again a shame there’s not more stock in music stores. In my opinion, that orange doesn’t come through like that on the configurator. Unless that’s a different mountain burl.

There's value in swatches for the SQ2 finishes I think, or at least a web page with a photograph of a piece of wood finished in each available finish, controlled lighting, etc. When I used to run digitisation services for museums, we often used to include a basic swatch on a web page to people could tell they were seeing an image correctly. So easy to do.

Gotta agree with all of that. Very simple solution to implement. If someone ordered that thinking it was gonna be in the brownish color palette, might not be happy with what was actually received.

I bet they have swatches already at the factory too. Samples from Alpi of every manufactured veneer. Samples from the paint suppliers and the wrap people. Probably the hardest would be genuine veneers as someone would have to cut a piece up and glue it to something. Photograph everything in flat, standard lighting, upload to a single web page with a colour swatch as reference for people with poor screens. Two days work plus a webpage.
