Man, I hope Todd isn't playing the birch shells. I'm not sure I could take it...

I would almost bet they are Beech, considering his affinity for Beech shells.

I thought about that actually, but I'm thinking that if he has TWO heavy-beech kits...does he really need a third set of beech shells?

My money is on maple, as that's where he came from as I recall. I don't ever really remember him playing a birch-shelled kit.

So is Sonor giving those 2 new Momentum kits to Todd and Gabs?

Not sure--Jules may know. But at this point, other than for Todd to have a kit in the UK (which he likely does already anyway), I'm not sure why he'd need it. I'm sure they would have a kit for him at the factory to do stuff there--but in terms of him owning another kit, it seems he's got more Sonor drums than he can use, judging from his recent social media videos. You can see them everywhere in his drum shed, lol...

He still has all those drums. You see em in his home studio videos.

Would love Jules to do a follow up video with him on all his vintage Sonor gear. Hint hint hint. ;)
