I‘ll always go for

8x6 / 8x7
10x7 / 10x8
12x8 / 12x9
14x13 / 14x14
16x15 / 16x16

They sound the best to me and I can position them the way I want to set up my drums.

If I had my preference, I would take:

10x8
12x9
13x10
14x14ft
16x16ft

I would take the 2" short of diameter option though, for the depths. But those listed would be my "ideal" sizes. That said though, I don't mind the 8" depths of the Sonor 8, 10, 12 toms...but I would like the 13" tom to be at least 9" deep. That way a guy could use the new Pearl R2Air mounts with their L-arms, on a Pearl Icon rack. I'm fan of Pearl's Optimounts too though, and the 8" depth unit will work on all of my Vintage-series rack toms.

I understood it to be:
Square
Power Toms: 8x8,10x9,12x10
Modern (Fast toms): 8x7, 10x8, 12x9

Last I chatted with Greg earlier this year, he was living in Spain

Nope...never even heard the name, and never been to Spain either.
