What's wrong with this picture?

I used to be an aircraft parts and subassemblies inspector, so things like this jump out at me. Let me know if you see it. If you do, you won't have to wonder what it is, once you get it, it's quite obvious.

The 90's era smooth half moon wingnuts on the tom mount brackets rather than the more recent indented ones.

Ding ding ding. Probably prototype drums if I had to guess unless they were working through a batch of older brackets early in production.
