SQ2 Snares

Now that I decided to get a SQ1 instead of a SQ2, I maybe will get myself a SQ2 Snare next.

I played around the configurator many hours (like many of us I guess), and always come back to either a 14“x8“ Heavy Birch, 14“x8“ Heavy Beech or the 13“x7“ version of the shell above.

If I ever make the decision to pull the trigger, a inside veneer is a must for me on the SQ2. I‘m really into the Scandinavian Birch, the African Marbel or the Blue and Violet Tribal. But since you can‘t get the last two for the inside, I‘m not to sure.

If it‘a going to be either one of the 14“, Die Cast are a must, also slotted tension rods are a no brainer for me, aswell as bronze wires.

Maybe you got some input on my ideas or can share any of yours. I‘d love to look some configurations up!

I have an SQ2 kit on order with African Marble inside and out with matching snare. Also have a Red/Black fade Pearl kit that will act as my backup and thinking about this snare. Heavy beech 6x14. The fiery red in and out. Depends on how poor I am

Thats sick! I‘m more a fan of the offset lugs, but the look is insane!
