Patience and execution.
I flat loved this the first time I watched it. I then watched it again with my then teenage daughter who also loved it. And when I watched it less for enjoyment, but more critically; WOW. The dedication and practice to nail that. Huge respect. Let me know if any of you actually watch it all the way through; I am just curious.
