Question about sonor phonic snare wire mechanism
I have recently bought a used 14x8 Sonor Phonic snare (beech shell). I know that Phonic snares were designed for longer snare wires (a-la supersensitive), but this one came with regular 14" snare wires. The drum still sounds pretty awesome and I'm getting enough snare wire response for my needs, but ...
