I find my AirPods Pro (2nd gen) do an "ok" job with that. Not terribly great for isolation/hearing protection with the factory tips, but the noise reduction does help. Not near as good as proper isolating headphones or IEMs, but when you think about it, that's not what noise-cancelling headphones ...

Snares - My LD557GL.

I would maybe point someone towards any of the Kompressor Snares. If budget allows it, then maybe one of the Momentum Snares.

I think we're on the same page here as far as snares.
